Krisztina Némethy graduated in Human Resource Management from the University of Pécs and in Marketing Communication from Budapest Business School (BBS).

She received her academic degree summa cum laude from the Doctoral School of Management Organizational Science of the Hungarian University of Agricultural and Life Sciences (MATE).

Her research interests include human-robot interaction and the impact of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 on human work in the context of sustainable development.

She has HR leadership and strategic partnering experience from multinational and international companies such as greenfield investments Samsung SDI and E.ON. Krisztina currently supports as Senior Talent Partner GE Healthcare at a European level.

She is committed to helping individuals and organisations to get to know and understand as widely as possible the radical changes that the future will bring, and the new operating models that will be required in the workplace and education of the future.

As a founding board member of NOKIT (Women in Education, Research and Informatics), she believes it is important to support the empowerment of women in STEM disciplines and in leadership positions.

At IBS she is involved as a lecturer in HR, Career Management, Organisational Development, Management Consulting and Management and Organisational Skills, as well as in thesis consultation.
