Programme Overview
The Public Policy Management Postgraduate Programme is a two-semester postgraduate specialisation jointly offered by IBS International Business School and the Equilibrium Institute.
Designed for professionals who want to better understand today's most pressing public policy challenges, the programme provides participants with the knowledge, analytical tools and practical skills needed to contribute to informed, evidence-based decision-making. Combining academic excellence with real-world expertise, it prepares graduates to navigate the increasingly complex intersection of public policy, governance, business and society.
The programme is delivered in Hungarian and is intended for Hungarian-speaking participants.

It prepares participants to support decision-makers and decision-making organisations, as well as to manage complex public policy processes.
Programme Structure
The programme spans one academic year and includes an intensive curriculum of more than 240 contact hours, providing participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to address today's public policy challenges.

A Bachelor's degree in any field of study and at least an intermediate level of English proficiency.

Scholarship Opportunities
The tuition fee for the programme is HUF 1,990,000 for the full academic year. Through our Scholarship Programme, eligible applicants may receive a scholarship covering up to 85% of the tuition fee.
Scholarships are awarded based on an objective assessment framework that considers applicants' potential to create measurable social impact in the public sector, their professional commitment, and their financial circumstances.
