Alexandra Szatmári graduated from the Budapest University of Economics and Public Administration in 1998 (today: Corvinus University) with a degree in Finance and Actuarial Science. From 1996 to 2004 she worked as an analyst in the futures business of CA IB Securities Ltd. and later became the head of Risk Management. In 2009-2010 she worked as an Analyst in the corporate business of UniCredit Bank. In 2010-2011 she was the head of the banking advisory business of Thesys Ltd. Since 1998 she has been active in higher education as a lecturer in Finance at the following universities: Corvinus University, IBS, Széchenyi University, University of West Hungary, BKF (today: Budapest Metropolitan University), ELTE, Edutus. She is a registered instructor and proctor of the Financial Services Intermediary, Capital Markets and Insurance Intermediary courses.
