Eszter holds master’s degrees in psychology, mathematics and economics. Over the last fifteen years, she has worked as an OD consultant, executive coach and team coach for a wide range of international companies.

She is currently managing director and co-founder of Blueberry Development LLC, a company promoting blended learning solutions in the field of organisational and leadership development.

She also teaches Coaching at IBS, as part of the MSc course in Human Resources. As well as teaching coaching techniques, she places special emphasis in her lessons on developing students’ meta-skills, such as emotional intelligence and self-awareness.

Eszter is also founder of Best of HR Project, a programme which since 2011 has facilitated the sharing of best practices between HR managers in companies in Hungary.
