In October 2025, the International Business School once again hosted its traditional IBS Job Fair, an event that attracted hundreds of students eager to explore the diverse opportunities of today’s job market. The fair provided a valuable platform for students to meet representatives of leading national and international companies and gain first-hand knowledge into various career paths and corporate cultures.

Three participating companies offered short presentations about their organisations, values, and work environments, as well as detailed information on available internship and full-time positions. Many recruiters highlighted how IBS students stand out with their practical knowledge, international mindset, and strong communication skills, qualities that make them valuable assets in any modern workplace.

As in previous years, English language proficiency proved to be a key requirement across most opportunities, reflecting the global focus of both the event and IBS itself. The Job Fair successfully bridged the gap between academic preparation and professional experience, encouraging students to take the first step towards building their future careers.

To further support students in their job search, IBS also provided a Career Support booth, where attendees could instantly print their CVs and receive CV counselling from an external HR consultant before approaching company representatives. This practical addition was highly appreciated by both students and employers, ensuring smooth and professional interactions throughout the day.

Another exciting new feature this year was the Stamp Game: students collected stamps by visiting company booths and could enter a prize draw to win a tablet – this added extra energy and motivation to explore all stands.

The event saw hundreds of enthusiastic participants, who engaged in meaningful conversations, expanded their professional networks, and learned about the expectations and career pathways offered by various industries.

The IBS Job Fair once again demonstrated the university’s strong commitment to supporting its students’ professional development and employability.
