Muhammad Rizwan Hussain is a finance analyst and researcher with international experience in Dubai and Baku, collaborating with organizations such as the Government of Pakistan, UN Women, and UNFPA. A Ph.D. candidate at the University of Debrecen on a Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship, he is also an Associate Certified Public Accountant (ACPA) with expertise in IFRS, GAAP, and data analytics.

His work includes publications in Scopus-indexed journals and the development of digital innovations such as the AI chatbot Noor for persons with disabilities and a custom ChatGPT tool for students. Recognized with the Khadija Tul Kubra National Award, he has also lectured in Accounting, Finance, and Management, bringing together research, teaching, and global experience.
