Karkos Petra is a senior law lecturer and module leader in Business Law and International Public Law.

She completed her legal studies at the Faculty of Law of ELTE and at the Faculty of Law of Panthéon–Sorbonne University in Paris. She seeks to share her international experience with students through the French culture module. She considers the practical development of legal thinking to be particularly important, especially through debate and court simulations. Her main area of academic interest is children’s rights, in which field she also completed the ELTE LL.M programme in Children’s Rights Law. In her free time, she is involved in skills development programmes for high school students.
