Ferenc Tarr has over 24 years of international experience in the oil and gas industry. He has held senior leadership roles as CEO and Managing Director at MOL Group, leading integrated oilfield service companies with hundreds of employees across Central and Eastern Europe. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Schlumberger and GE Oil & Gas, gaining extensive global expertise in operations, product line management, business development, managing complex service portfolios and international teams. His expertise spans P&L management, strategic planning, HSE, service quality, and stakeholder engagement. Ferenc holds a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Miskolc and is fluent in Hungarian, English, and German.
