I am a wellness- and tourism-focused creative strategist passionate about enhancing guest experiences in the spa and thermal bath sector in Budapest, Hungary. With a strong interest in service development, visitor behaviour, and experiential design, I combine strategic thinking with a refined hospitality sensibility.

My work focuses on improving customer journeys, developing innovative spa concepts, and creating emotionally engaging wellness experiences for both local and international guests. I believe exceptional service is built on meaningful connections, attention to detail, and authentic experience design, requiring a full understanding of the customer journey from decision-making to departure.

This will be my first term as a tutor at IBS, and I am very excited to meet you. I previously lived in London for 13 years before returning to Hungary in 2016, and I am a parent of two children. Feel free to approach me online or in person—and enjoy the baths in Budapest or beyond.
