Kinga Könczey has been coordinating and teaching in the Management with Psychology BSc program for over 8 years. She is the module leader of Power and Leadership, International Negotiations, and teaches a variety of other modules, such as Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources Management, as well as various Skills courses mostly in English, but some in Hungarian too. She also teaches in the Master's programs: Consumer Behaviour and Organisational Behaviour. She regularly supervises MSc Dissertations. Her teaching philosophy centers around interaction in the classroom and active learning, promoting flipped methodology.
