Please find some important information below about the enrolment and the academic year. 

Enrolment dates: 

  • 1 - 18 September 2020, between 9-12 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. on weekdays (except Friday afternoon)

If you wish to start the programme online, please request to be able to enrol ONLINE by writing to: request@ibs-b.hu until 15 September. You will receive the details of enrolment from the Student Centre by email. (Online enrolment is a video chat where you have to present your original documents and sign the learning agreement.)

​Online classes for Non-EU citizens:

You can request starting your classes ONLINE if you have not received your visa in September or you have travel difficulties due to COVID-19. Please write to studentadmin@ibs-b.hu after 1 September. (Please note that if you start your classes online, the first semester fee is non-refundable.) 

You can join face-to-face classes anytime in the first semester when you can travel to IBS. 

Place: Centre for Student Services (IBS Offices Building, ground floor, on the left) 

What to bring for enrolment:

  • original high school diploma with original certified English translation,
  • statement of bank transfer / cash payment of tuition fee,
  • 2 colour ID photos,
  • non-EU citizens: passport; EU citizens: ID or passport, Hungarian citizens: ID, TAJ and adóazonosító cards.

Please note that if your tuition fee payment is not the full amount (because of bank charges or online transaction charges), you should pay the difference cash in euro before you enrol. 

Start of the semester: 25 September 2020

The Centre for Student Services will inform you about the first day by email a few days before the start.
