IBS follows every regulation conserning data safety and handling to make sure your personal details are protected. 

In accordance with the relevant authorization granted by the Act CCIV of 2011 on national higher education (NHEA)  IBS shall be entitled to data management (Article 18, NHEA). Additionally, it shall act pursuant to the provisions set forth in the Act CXII of 2011 on the right of information-related self-determination and the freedom of information (hereinafter referred to as the Data Protection Act) in the course of data management. The detailed directions pertaining to the management of personal data recorded in the registers maintained by the IBS are specified in detail in the Data Protection Regulations of the Institution. This detailed regulation specifies the for what reason the IBS is entitled to the management of personal data, what rights are rendered to the covered – students, employees – in the course of data management and that under what conditions the IBS may transmit any data within its internal system or for any external request received.
