In congruence with his educational background in social and organisational psychology, Balázs main interests and his teaching are about how psychology can help us become a better manager. With several years of practice both in the field of HR, consultancy and currently working in a management role, he would like to bring the fundamental academics as well his work experience through examples or case studies as real life examples to the classroom to help participants become a better manager, HR practitioner or simply a person.
